Hanna initially developed the vehicle profiling system for its high-pressure components for the friction conveyor line. High-level precision is achieved through a combination of vehicle sensing devices and kinematic motion profiling that creates a 3-dimensional mapping process. This process identifies the outline of a vehicle's surface and washes only the vehicle using multi-axis spray heads. It completely covers all horizontal and vertical surfaces with independently-controlled spray heads.
