| Lou Allmacher has over 30 years in the car wash industry. He joined Sohio (Standard Oil Company of Ohio) in Cleveland in 1969 as an engineer with his primary assignment being the development of car wash facilities throughout Ohio. In 1971, Lou resigned from Sohio and joined Hanna Industries as a National Account Sales Representative, calling on major oil companies in the Mid-West area. In 1977, Lou established Mechanical Wash Systems, Inc.
During the past 25 years, Lou has developed a customer base that exceeds 400 and includes independent car wash operators, oil company service stations, C-store operators, over a dozen Ford Motor Company plants and car wash systems in General Motors, Chrysler and Mazda plants in Michigan.
Mr. Allmacher is very active in the vehicle wash industry in Michigan, including memberships in the Michigan Petroleum and Convenience Store Association, the Service Station Dealer Association, Michigan Car Wash Association and Western Carwash Association.
