A.E. Styles Mfg., Co., Inc. was founded by Allen E. Styles in 1932. The company’s primary function was to promote the sale of chemical products to the car wash industry. Over time, car wash operators looked to STYLES to meet more than just their chemical needs. STYLES began manufacturing and installing a variety of car wash components.
John Criscuolo joined the STYLES organization as Marketing Manager in 1962 and in 1970, STYLES became a distributor for Hanna Industries and purchased the Hanna Distribution Center in New Jersey shortly thereafter. Since then, STYLES has served the New Jersey-New York Metropolitan area, delivering what has become know as “The STYLES Advantage.”
Headquartered in Point Pleasant Beach, New Jersey, STYLES opened a branch office in Edison, New Jersey, in 1975 with Bob Criscuolo heading the sales department.
