Hanna’s RCV (Over and Under) Conveyor is designed to gently ease multiple vehicles forward through the car wash tunnel with patented 6-wheel roller assemblies. Tapered guide rails and roller bar assemblies, ensure a safe and easy entrance onto the conveyor. Your customers will encounter a very pleasant and smooth car wash experience. Features on the RCV Conveyor include: Industry recognized HECO Gear Reducer with a hydraulic motor to drive the conveyor system. Hannatron, made of ultra high molecular weight polymer, is attached to the outside guide rails to protect against wheel damage. High density polyethylene chain guides utilized to help reduce abnormal chain wear and lower maintenance cost. Roller on demand at the entrance. High or Low profile rollers for controlled car movement. Front wheel pull, or rear wheel push option.

Hanna C-3 Correlator

Hanna’s Correlator provides a trouble-free entry alignment system for your conveyor that is economical and durable. The Hanna Correlator safely corrects the cars position by allowing 12” (30.48 cm) of lateral movement to align the vehicles front and rear wheels, to the tire track of the conveyor. It’s designed for ease of use and years of reliable performance. The Hanna Correlator’s strength starts with the ¼” steel frame structure. 3/8” steel bars are welded to the frame that support 18 or 24 (dependant upon width) cast iron support wheels. Each wheel utilizes UHMW bushings that allow for smooth rotation, and eliminates the requirement for greasing. A spring loaded ¼” diamond plate top deck sits on the wheels, providing easy movement with the vehicle while also presenting an attractive appearance.

Tire Glaze Applicator

The Hanna Tire Glaze Applicator applies an even coat of tire dressing from the edge of the tire tread to the edge of the wheel. Hanna’s exclusive drip manifold system applies chemical to the tips of a rotating brush. This process lowers the amount of chemical used per application and minimizes runoff to the floor. The Hanna Tire Glaze unique brush design allows the tips to contour to the shape of the tire maximizing coverage while maintaining an even application. The system comes complete with brush retracts and a dual chemical pumping system.

Dual Pack Flex Wrap

Hanna’s Dual Pack Flex Wrap combines two sets of opposed flex wrap mounted on a single frame. The compact design allows maximum cleaning of the vehicles vertical surfaces utilizing the least amount of conveyor space. Each wrap has a high pivot point that allows the brush to move smoothly around the outer edges of even the largest vehicle. This makes the Dual Pack the ideal choice for higher volume car washes. This unique design enhances the cleaning of the front grill and hard to clean rear vertical surfaces. Hanna’s exclusive cloth cut safely allows for a faster brush rotation and cleaning action. Enhanced controls offer separate arm retract and extend pressures as well as float pressure for the mirror area. The systems frame and posts are available in stainless steel or aluminum. Areas requiring extra strength like the brush arm and shaft assembly are manufactured of stainless steel. The combination makes the Hanna Dual-Pack the most practical choice.

Hanna 4 Pack Flex Wrap

The 4-Pack Flex Wrap combines a set of flex wrap brushes and angled side brushes in a space slightly larger then a flex wrap brush alone. This unique configuration packs four counter rotating 70” washers within 13 feet of conveyor space. The Flex Wrap brushes and Angled Side brushes actually rotate in opposite directions. This counter rotating brush action cleans better in areas like the front and back of mirrors as well as the outer wheel well and rocker panel areas. Hanna’s exclusive cloth cut allows for faster brush rotation and cleaning action without increasing vehicle incident. The Hanna 4-Pack Flex Wrap has a high pivot point that allows the brush to move smoothly around the outer edges of the vehicle. This increases cleaning action on the front and rear of all vehicles. Enhanced controls offer separate retract and extend pressures for each arm as well as float pressure for the mirror area. Hanna’s Angled Side Brushes contour to the shape of all vehicles and is taller then most side brushes. This allows better cleaning of the top side window area of sport utility vehicles and mini vans. Hanna Hub Cap Rocker Panel

The Hubcap Rocker Panel Brush (HCRP) gives special cleaning attention not only to rocker panels, but also to hubcaps and deep rimmed wheels. Even though lower vertical surfaces vary greatly in contour from one vehicle to another, the design of the Hubcap Rocker Panel Brush ensures that the rocker panel area is clean on every car, regardless of size or shape. The HCRP comes in three sizes 21”, 28” and 35”. Shorter brushes penetrate deeper into the wheel wells and create more friction on the wheel and tire - while taller HCRP brushes reach higher vertical surfaces. The Lower portion of each HCRP brush has a wider and longer cut to allow better pen- etration in the wheel well area wheel including the tires and wheels. Tension against the vehicle is achieved by an adjustable shock and spring assembly. There is also an adjustable stop bracket to set the rest position. The Hanna Rocker Panel Brush can be ordered free standing or post mounted.

Finishing Touch Mitter

Finishing Touch Cloth Mitter The Hanna Finishing Touch Mitter (HFTM) features two stainless steel mitter baskets that hold 80 cloth curtain strips. The baskets move diagonally opposite creating a figure eight curtain motion. This unique motion cleans the top horizontal surfaces of any vehicle and also does an excellent job of cleaning hard to reach vertical surfaces. The unit is available with frames constructed of stainless steel or aluminum. The cloth mitter baskets and drive rods are all made of stainless steel to provide the extra strength and rigidity required to minimize torsion stress and increase the longevity of the component. The HFTM is available with either direct drive hydraulics or electric motors. The electric drive system utilizes a gear box to control rotation speed.

HSS-2 Mitter

Hanna’s HSS-2 Cloth Mitter was designed to clean the top horizontal surfaces of any vehicle. The front to back cleaning motion gently cleans the vehicle without incident to roof racks, roof lights and antennas. The four basket design each holds 80 cloth curtain strips and con- forms to any vehicle shape including the front and back of vehicles. The HSS-2 is available with stainless steel or aluminum frames. The cloth mitter baskets and drive rods are made of stainless steel to provide the extra strength and rigidity required to minimize torsion stress and increase the longev- ity of the component. The system operates with either electric or hydraulic drive motors. With the electric drive option a variable frequency drive is recommended to increase motor life.

Water Wizard Arch

The Hanna Water Wizard Arch combines Hanna and Jim Coleman technology into a powerful yet cost effective high- pressure water applicator. The arch utilizes Hanna’s exclusive oscillating spray head with multiple zero degree nozzles. High pressure allows peneration into areas brushes cannot reach like wheel wells, body side moldings and roof racks. The top manifold oscillates left to right and the side manifolds up and down scrubbing the complete vehicle surface. Both top and side manifolds pivot fore and aft to provide high pressure cleaning to the hard to reach front and rear of vehicles. The arch is available in hydraulic or electric drive.

Hanna Combo Water Wizard Arch

The Hanna Combo Water Wizard Arch provides high pressure wheel washing as well as total vehicle coverage. The Combo unit utilizes Hanna’s exclusive spray head with multiple zero degree nozzles to deliver a concentrated blast of water. The Wheel Washer creates maximum impingement and maximizes dwell time through the use a rotating manifold that pivots to follow the front and rear tires. The top manifold oscillates left and right and the side manifold up and down scrubbing the complete vehicle surface. The combo unit is the ideal choice when conveyor space is limited.

Splash-N-Dash

The Splash-N-Dash is a single bay self-contained car wash pump,that offers a wide variety of features. The first impressive feature is the Low Pressure Tire/Engine Cleaner, which uses a special cutting solution to remove oxidized tire film and strips away engine grease and grime to keep the engine in top working performance. The High Pressure Wash ensures a through cleaning of the vehicle from top to bottom, while a soft bristled foaming brush scrubs away hardened road scum. For a clean rinse, High Pressure crystal clear water washes away the debris that the foaming brush scrubs away. Finally, a High Gloss Wax preserves and protects the finish. The equipment arrives pre-wired and pre-plumbed and is fully assembled and ready to install wherever electrical power and fresh water connections are available. A stainless steel frame ensures all weather performance in any climate providing corrosion resistant, maintenance free care.
